Product Introduction

This series of three composite sealing strips is a high-performance sealing accessory made by the co extrusion process of  hard support layer+soft sealing layer+functional layer (such as foam layer/steel wire skeleton layer) . It integrates the functions of installation and fixation, elastic sealing, and buffering protection. It is an upgraded sealing solution for scenarios such as bridge aluminum doors and windows, automobiles, industrial equipment, etc. It has multiple advantages such as firm installation, excellent sealing, shock absorption and noise reduction.

Three layer composite structure, more comprehensive performance

Hard support layer: provides stable slot positioning, prevents loosening or detachment when inserted into the profile/equipment slot, and ensures secure installation;

Soft sealing layer: flexible and highly elastic, tightly adhered to the contact surface, achieving seamless sealing, excellent windproof, waterproof, and dustproof effects;

Functional layer: foam layer (to enhance cushioning and sound insulation) or steel wire skeleton layer (to enhance deformation resistance) can be collocated as required to further enhance the shock absorption, noise reduction and aging resistance.

Upgraded sealing and protection performance: The soft sealing layer adapts to the gap tolerance, and the foam/composite structure can effectively absorb vibration and noise, while improving thermal insulation effect. Compared with traditional double composite rubber strips, it has more advantages in sound insulation, shock absorption, and wind pressure resistance, especially suitable for high-level system doors and windows, automobiles, and industrial equipment scenes.

Weather resistance and aging resistance, longer service life Select high-quality raw materials such as ethylene propylene diene monomer (EPDM), modified rubber and plastic, the three-layer composite process is closely combined, and it will not crack, shrink, or harden after long-term use. It has excellent high and low temperature resistance, UV resistance, and aging resistance. It can be used stably indoors and outdoors for a long time.

Strong universality, suitable for various scenarios with complete cross-sectional specifications, compatible with mainstream bridge cut aluminum, system door and window profile slots, and can also be used for gap sealing of car doors/trunks, industrial cabinets, containers, curtain walls, etc. It supports customized cross-sectional dimensions and functional layer types as needed to meet different working conditions.
